Job Description & Responsibilities:
Job Purpose: - Develop and maintain brand strategy, positioning and portfolio including all elements of the brand CVP, including the offer. Drive deployment of all key elements of the CVP. Accountabilities: Brand Strategy: -Develop and implement the strategy, ensuring the strategy is reflected through all elements of the marketing mix - the technical product portfolio, packaging and communications. -Ensure that all parts of the strategy is aligned at corporate level. -Define and own the CVP and all elements of the offer. Profitability : -Monitor the performance of brands. Further develop and implement strategies to meet key performance indicators. -Work with Marketing Teams to analyse the performance of key areas, to prioritize markets in terms of spend and to measure spend effectiveness. Marketing Planning : -Responsible for the ongoing guidance and coaching to the markets for the marketing planning process for our brands within the marketing plans. Technical Program/Portfolio Management -Work with the NP technical, supply chain teams and third parties to ensure that technical product specifications are aligned to the brand strategy. -Assist in the design of the technical development program based on true consumer insights. Communication Program -Monitor the current communication material in the markets. -Develop further the communication campaign. -Lead on the development of the promotional strategy. -Manage all external agencies developement. E.g. JWT Sponsorship Program : -Work with the Sponsorship Team to ensure that the sponsorship is appropriately exploited and aligned to the brand strategy.
